Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2 PM (EST) will be processed the following business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $5.95 flat rate (Free on orders over $50)

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Calculated at checkout

  • Priority / Express Shipping (1–2 business days): Calculated at checkout

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or high seasonal demand.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Vilara US Perfume is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
